The hotel is a newly built hotel, constructed alongside an existing conference centre and leisure complex with extensive swimming and diving facilities; a short walk from the Central Railway station. These are of medium size (there are also superior rooms whose principal difference is that they are larger) and are in very good condition. Decor is minimalistic, with wood floors, mainly metallic furnishings and very limited fittings. Colours used are white, blue and brown only. Bathrooms are very smart in design and in excellent condition.
